Empowering Growth,
REDUCING Reoffending
The personal development programme supports positive engagement with the prison and the wider community and aligns with the wider strategic priorities for Reducing Reoffending.
The programme encourages men to think about their own life journey, the direction they are heading and how they might want to change.
We explore different cultural contexts and how individual personal safety and awareness of self and others and the environment will support them in the rehabilitative journey and deter from reoffending.
The programme fosters a rehabilitative culture within the sessions and embed values, behaviours and attitudes using strategies to engage in personal development which could include; art, creative writing, theatre, music, spoken work but should not be limited.
